The River Lounge reserves the right to record or monitor activities onboard vessels for safety, compliance, and liability purposes. By hiring our Pontoon Boat, the hirer consents to such monitoring.

1. The River Lounge is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

2. Personal information collected includes names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers for the purpose of providing services and communicating with customers.
